The king of the African prairie and his agile friends
The 3rd African Pavilion is where visitors can meet with a variety of wild animals: the king of predatory animals, the lion, and the fastest mammal on the planet at 113 km, the cheetah and the Spotted hyena, known for being the strong and fast hunter as well as scavenger. The common eland is protected as an endangered species, and the sable antelopes is one of the most impressive antelopes with dark mane and a curved horn.
The 3rd African Pavilion comprises of an internal chamber and an outdoor field, which mimics the natural habitat, a prairie in Africa.
